In support of Dallas ISD’s Core 4 customer service model, Human Capital Management’s (HCM) Policy and Compliance department empowers all District employees through these critical compliance functions:
- Development, review, and approval of personnel board policies and the District Employee Handbook
- Implementation of a districtwide annual policy acknowledgement process
- Delivery and accountability of mandatory compliance training
- Compliance audits of educator credentials, background checks, Texas Department of Public Safety (TxDPS) rules and regulations, and others
This work ensures knowledgeable, informed employees are armed with appropriate information, processes, and protocols necessary for success.
The HCM Policy and Compliance team welcomes any policy and compliance inquiries and is happy to provide training on any of the policy and compliance processes or the mandatory compliance training required by law.
