HCM’s Policy and Compliance department empowers District employees by sharing the appropriate information, processes, and protocols necessary to build employee knowledge for ensuring student success.
Policy and Compliance is responsible for the development, review, and approval of personnel board policies and the District Employee Handbook; districtwide annual policy acknowledgment and compliance training; and compliance audits of educator credentials and background checks.
