TALENTED AND GIFTED
The purpose of the Gifted and Talented (G/T) program is to implement, maintain, and support a variety of instructional strategies that address the four core academic areas: reading/language arts, math, science, and social studies. Recognizing that parents, families, and caregivers of special needs students have unique concerns and needs, the Dallas Independent School District (DISD) launched a Special Services Student and Parent Support Services to provide students with the special support they need.
