The Employee Relations team within HCM collaborates with supervisors in maintaining employer-employee relationships which contribute to productivity and positive morale that impacts student achievement. Employee Relations provides counseling to supervisors to improve management and supervisory skills that will enhance employee performance. Case managers also apprise all district employees of effective employee standards of conduct and employment practices as outlined by District policy.
