Assessment Program Support
Assessment Program Support provides computer and data services to various departments throughout the District. This group provides data collection services that include designing, printing, scanning, and analyzing surveys that are sent to District employees, students, and parents. They are responsible for scoring and reporting Iowa/Logramos exams given to students in grades K-2.
Assessment Program Support staff also scan and process test instruments used to assess Limited English Proficiency for determining eligibility for many of the District’s educational programs. Scoring of assessments used to determine eligibility for the District’s magnets, vanguards, and academies is also a function of this group. Additionally, they perform scoring of the District’s Assessment of Course Performance tests that are used as final exams.
