Staff Incentives

  • The goal of the district is to improve the academic performance of students at the ACE campuses by re-staffing them with a strong leadership team and a high concentration of teachers who are highly effective and are considered Proficient One or higher under the district’s Teacher Excellence Initiative (TEI). Recognizing the challenges that a turnaround environment poses, the district developed an incentive plan to attract highly effective teachers who choose to transfer to an ACE campus.
