    The fourth Friday of every month is Core 4 Friday in Dallas ISD. This is a time to showcase your department’s Core 4 spirit and celebrate with colleagues who are committed to providing excellent customer service and encourage others to strengthen their customer service core. There are a number of ideas to help you get started or create a special way for your department to observe Core 4 Fridays.

    Stories from the Core

    This is your department’s chance to share how you are implementing the Core 4. Each Friday, the district will highlight stories and photos from around the district to showcase the great efforts being made to provide and encourage exemplary customer service. Submit a brief narrative and photos that highlight the work your department is doing on this initiative.

    Nominate employees for Core 4 recognition

    Please help recognize fellow district employees who exemplify the Core 4 principals. Nominate employees who go above and beyond to be focused, fast, flexible and friendly as they serve each other and external stakeholders. Once vetted, each nominee will be announced on the Core 4 website with a brief description about why they are recognized as an exemplary Core 4 employee.

    All submissions will be vetted and confirmed by your department’s leadership before posting.
