Read to Succeed is an exciting program that encourages students in grades K through 6 to read for fun. Students who complete six hours of recreational reading earn a free ticket to Six Flags! Parents, we encourage our students to read to succeed. Students should be reading at least 20 minutes every night. Elisha M. Pease is participanting in this reading program for the 2017-2018 school year. Please see our school librarian, Ms. Cappello or your child's homeroom teacher for more information on this program.
Get involved! NEA’s Read Across America Day is a nationwide reading celebration that takes place annually on March 2—Dr. Seuss’s birthday. Across the country, thousands of schools, libraries, and community centers participate by bringing together kids, teens, and books, and you can too! Please join us for Read Across America Day. See our librarian for more details.
