CONTRACT REVIEW CHECKLIST
Campus contracts for all off-site student activies such as, but not limited to, homecoming, prom and Six-Flags will continue to be vetted by Eric Nickerson in the Student Services Department. The evaluative process was established to assist campus administrators with adherence to district policies and procedures. Campuses have been provided with the Contract Review Checklist for Campus Staff.
In order to ensure that each contract has an appropriate amount of time for the vetting process, all original (unsigned by district personnel) contracts must be submitted to Eric Nickerson 30 business days prior to the event.
