    What should my essay include?

    We want to encourage students to think critically about situations where they might be tempted to get behind the wheel when they shouldn't, and create a specific plan for avoiding it.

    What is the deadline for submission?

    Applications must be received by no later than Friday, July 30, 2021.

    When will the winner be selected and notified?

    A winner will be selected by no later than Wednesday, September 1, 2021.

    The new CollegeBoard Opportunity Scholarships program is awarding $5M in scholarships to the class of 2022. There is no GPA or family income requirement. Students simply get rewarded for the work they're already doing to apply for college.

    High school juniors: You may be eligible for CollegeBoard Opportunity Scholarships. Earn scholarships from $500 to $40,000 while planning for college.
