Bryan Adams P-TECH at Dallas College Eastfield Campus will enable students to explore a wide range of career interests in the field of education. A curriculum focus on instructional practices and classroom pedagogy will challenge students to discover solutions to leading classrooms for future students. Students will have the opportunity to develop the skills and experience to explore and engage with delivering high-quality education, acquire the communication teamwork and problem-solving skills that are necessary for success in the 21st century classroom in the field of education.
Students will have a choice between two distinct tracks:
- Early Childhood Education
- AAT (Associates of Arts in Teaching)
- Criminal Justice
- AS (Criminal Justice)
*All 9th grade students take a course called Methods of Personal and Academic Success (MAPS), which is aimed at helping students learn about college, as well as develop organizational skills and positive study habits.
