Fatima Garcia is a native of Dallas, TX.  Her parents are immigrants from Mexico, and her first language is Spanish.  She was a bilingual student in Dallas ISD from K - 3rd grade.  For the last eighteen years, Fatima has served students and teachers in different capacities.  She was a bilingual teacher, K-2 Literacy Specialist, 3rd - 5th grade Math and Literacy Intervention Specialist and Instructional Coach in Irving ISD.  In 2018, she was accepted into the Teaching Trust Aspiring Leaders Program at SMU and is currently working towards her Masters degree.  She is excited to join Dallas ISD and is looking forward to being part of the Seagoville North Elementary community.  She is committed to student success and growth.

Fatima is the proud mother of her three college-age children.  In her time off, she enjoys baking, watching movies, and spending time with her family and two spunky cats.

Tifarah Dial is a proud native of Downsville, LA.  She attended Grambling State University for her undergraduate degree majoring in Computer Science.  While at Grambling State University, she served as the official ambassador for the university and was a proud member of the Student Government Association.  Upon graduation, she moved to California and was employed as a Software Engineer for IBM.  In 2002, she completed the Alternative Certification program at the University of Lousiana at Monroe thus igniting her love and passion for education.  She continued this passion for learning and was awarded a Minority Doctoral Scholarship through the Louisiana Education Consortium graduating from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Doctorate in Education in 2013.

After 16.5 years in the field of education, she is proud to join Seagoville North Elementary as her first assignment in Dallas ISD.  Her educational motto is, "Students first, data second, and don't forget to enjoy the day!"
