TMS will provide a modern and enhanced experience for candidates and hiring managers. Candidates will enjoy a better user interface, a mobile-friendly application, the ability to parse resume information, and even connect with their LinkedIn profiles. Hiring managers will have an improved applicant screening experience including features such as candidate matching scores and better filtering. TMS also includes IBM Watson which will provide applicants with answers to questions they may have about the district and open positions. Watson can also suggest open positions based on an applicant's resume. TMS is part of HCM's effort to ensure we have a highly effective teacher in every classroom, effective leaders at every school, and effective staff in all non-instructional positions.
