    If you are having problems logging into or accessing TMS or a job application, please contact design@dallasisd.org. You can access the TMS job application system to login or reset your password at https://www.dallasisd.org/careers

    Online enrollment/General enrollment

    • If you have any questions or need help with enrollment, please call (972) 925-5555. For questions or help with pre-k enrollment, please call (214) 932-7735.

    Parent Portal

    If you are having problems logging into or accessing Parent Portal, please contact parentportal@dallasisd.org.

    iSupplier/Vendor Account Issues

    If you are having password/login issues with iSupplier or registering user in iSupplier, please contact suppliers@dallasisd.org.

    District Employee Technical Issues

    District employees having issues with EAD usernames/passwords or other district systems should request assistance via remedyforce.dallasisd.org or by calling the IT service desk at (972) 925-5630.
