    Hello Dolphin Parents!

     

    Thank you parents for your patience.  We distributed laptops/technology on Thursday, March 26, 2020 from 10AM-3PM to our 2nd-5th grade students.  Paper packets for Pre-Kindergarden through fifth grade were also distributed.  There will not be another mass distribution.  If you have a student that needs technology, please contact the front office on Mondays or Thursdays at 972-794-1400.  

    Parents who were already able to pick up technology.....If your students are having problems signing in to the laptops or chrome books please follow these instructions:


    1) Sign on to their network
    2) If they have a laptop, they need to type in ID number without the @dallasisd.org
    3) If they have a chrome book, they need to type in ID number with the @dallasisd.org just like they do at school
    Tablet users:
    4) If they have a Lenovo tablet and are having issues with being locked out due to password issues, please try a hard reset. Press the Power button for 30 seconds and then try turning the tablet back on.  

    For those who were unable to receive technology, please contact the main office and we will distribute as we have technology available.

    Parents: If you are in need of a hot spot for your technology, you may request one using the link below. Hot spots are connected to a student's ID. One per household will be provided. Thank you.
