The Edna Rowe Choir consists of some of the most talented 3rd-5th grade singers in our school! Our primary focus is to learn about the fundamentals of using our voices through song. Focusing on these fundamentals helps the tone of the voice and helps the students relax and positively release stress for better success in the classroom!
Being a choir member is the perfect opportunity for a student to freely express themselves musically all while being respected by their peers. We are a musical family that loves and encourages each other to try new songs and new genres from jazz, classical, pop, hip-hop, country, gospel, and more! We have multiple performances throughout the year, such as our Winter Holiday concert, Black History program, and Cinco de Mayo program. We’ve also performed in front of our neighborhood community, including our awesome Superintendent, Dr. Hinojosa
