• Before you begin- here are the documents you will need before you start the enrollment process:

      • Create a Parent Portal Account
      • Birth Certificate
      • SSN (If applicable)
      • Current shot records
      • Proof of address (example- current gas, water, or electric bill)
      • Parent or legal guardian photo ID
      • Last report card or transcript from previous school
