    Flexible LEVEL 1: INITIATING PROGRESS LEVEL 2: APPROACHING EXPECTATIONS LEVEL 3: MEETING EXPECTATIONS LEVEL 4: EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS
    • Begins to address the needs of others, but solutions may be limited and lack consideration for thoughts and feelings of others
    • Seeks limited input for solution-making; adheres to current practices with little flexibility
    • Communicates limited rationale for solutions
    • Maintains status quo and may resist change; may result in inequitable outcomes
    • Meets the needs of others for the greater good. Sometimes offers solutions in a thoughtful, considerate manner that incorporates feedback
    • Collaborates to arrive at a solution that benefits a subset of the District and may not improve equity for all
    • Communicates clear rationale or garners support involved from some families, employees and equity groups but key voices may be missed
    • Change is implemented without a clear idea of how it will support District goals
    • Anticipates the needs of others and pursues equitable solutions that are thoughtful and considerate of the feelings and perceptions of others
    • Collaborates and/or compromises to arrive at a common solution that is mutually understood
    • Consistently communicates with families, employees, and equity groups to generate new solutions
    • Explains the rationale for change and practices sensemaking for all parties involved
    • Embraces and responds appropriately to cultural and social variances creating synergy and inclusivity. Proactively solicits different perspectives to strengthen the decision-making process and support positive, equitable outcomes
    • Creates intentional opportunities for inclusive collaboration that promote flexibility, innovation and productivity
    • Communicates rationale for change in a clear, concise, timely manner that garners support from all families, employees, and equity groups
