Transportation Information for the 2022-2023 School Year 

The Student Transportation Services department is excited about new students/parents' admission into the 2022-2023 Choice Program. Students who are new to the Choice Program have the opportunity to request transportation at the time of applying and when confirming a scholar’s seat via the online enrollment platform (SchoolMint). Services will continue for existing students riding the bus and registered during the 2021-2022 school year.   

Who needs to complete the e-form?

• Returning students who did not request transportation for the 2021-2022 school year and are requesting transportation for the upcoming school year. They will need to complete the e-form at: http://forms.gle/Pnowd1S1Pd7eBi45A
• New students who did not request transportation at the time of enrollment but now wish to request transportation. They will need to complete the e-form  
• Returning students who received transportation but are wishing to change their pick-up and drop-off location. They will need to complete the e-form.
