• ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL

SUPPORT OUR EFFORTS TO KEEP STUDENTS SAFE: parents should not walk their kids up to the doors by the cafeteria during arrival  (7:30-8:00) OR walk to pick their child up at the cafeteria doors during dismissal time. (3:20)

    HENDERSON DOORS

      • The only entrances available on Henderson for arrival drop-off are: the doors by the tennis courts and the center doors.

To allow time for teachers to attend Sisterhood Circle at 8:00am the doors on Henderson will close and all remaining parents should expect to utilize the carline.

    DISMISSAL CHANGES

HAVE YOU SHARED YOUR CHILD'S PERMANENT DISMISSAL METHOD WITH US?

We have the most wonderful Solar community with working parents from all over the metroplex. We understand that things come up and arrangements need to be made. We are happy to accommodate last minute needs, but as we continue to grow, it is crucial that your transportation methods at the end of the day are as consistent as possible. We ask that you refrain from making a dismissal change with your child's teacher. Our expectation is that teachers are teaching and not checking their phones/email during instruction. When you make the change with the office, we will share this information with your child's teacher.

BUS TRANSPORTATION We will continue to communicate all updates via Bus Remind.

(See Transportation tab for details on how to join.)

All posted times for bus stops are approximate as there are several variables which may contribute to arrival times such as weather, traffic and other unexpected factors. In the morning, students should arrive at their assigned bus stop at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid missing their bus.

    LLEGADA & SALIDA
