Request Records by Mail

Note: Per District policy student records are only available to those who have authorization from the student or parent, guardian or responsible person if the student is less than 18 years of age.  If the student is 18 years of age or older, school records will not be release to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student’s written consent and photo identification.

Copies of student records are available at a cost: Transcripts $8.00 each / Elementary/Middle School Records $8.00 each / Census Card $8.00 each/Diplomas $15.00 each (Diplomas will take four to six weeks to process, all other request will take seven to ten business days, this time does not include mail)
