  • Students and parents of students may place requests or "holds" through the Library On-Line Catalog

    We are happy to announce a new service, "Books-To-Go". Books-To-Go is an opportunity for students and parents to request print books through our DMA library. Due to Covid-19, we want to be sure that students have access to print materials to enhance their academic learning, whether they are learning virtually or face-to-face. Mr. Marvin will see your request and get your book order ready for pick up. Please limit the number of books requested to 1 - 2 books. Mr. Marvin will then contact you about a day and time to pick up your "book order".

    Downtown Montessori at Ida B. Wells Academy FIND A BOOK!

    The Downtown Montessori Public Access Catalog (PAC) is available online through any school or home computer at library.dallasisd.org (Select Downtown Montessori from the list)

    Students, teachers and staff may search to find a book by title, author, subject, etc., and REQUEST A HOLD on that book from home or school. Use your username and PW/PIN to place a HOLD.

    Students: username is your student ID #, password is the last four digits of your student ID#.

    Staff: Username is your staff ID #, use a leading 10 or 100 to make 7 digits if necessary, password is the last four digits of your staff ID# as the password for access.

    The Inter-Library loans (borrowing books amongst schools) are not available at this time. Because we are a new school, our selection is limited.

    Returned library books will now be quarantined for 3 days. Thank you for your patience.
