      Elisha M. Pease Elementary and W. W. Bushman Elementary schools are consolidated into the new Albert C. Black Elementary School. The new school will be built at the existing site of W. W. Bushman Elementary School and will accommodate 1,000 students.  The existing Elisha M. Pease building will be repurposed.
