Degrees and Certifications:

Dr. Terry-Ann Rodriguez

Dear Molina Community,

It has been my pleasure to serve as the Principal of Moises E. Molina High School since July 2016. I have been an educator for 32 years and have served as a principal at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from The University of Texas El Paso in 1989, followed by a Master of Education degree in December 1992. In 1998, I earned a Mid Management certification and a Doctor of Education degree from The University of Texas El Paso December 2000. Subsequently, I earned my Superintendent certification in 2002.

I began my educational career as a teacher in El Paso, Texas in 1989, and I took on my first principalship in 2003 at a middle school in the El Paso area. In 2008, I became an elementary school principal in Fort Bend ISD just outside the Houston area, where I served for six years. Once my fourth child graduated from high school in 2014, I accepted a position as a district administrator in Marshall lSD, which involved a move to east Texas for my husband and me. When an opportunity arose for my husband to accept a position in the Dallas area, I returned to the campus as a principal in 2016, but this time at the high school level-Molina High School.

Education has been a passion of mine since I was just a little girl, and after 32 years as an educator, that passion is still alive and well! It is my priority that all students receive a superior education that will prepare them for life after high school.

Thank you for enrolling your child at Molina High School-the Premier School on the Hill!
