Mission, Vision, Goals:

• The mission of the BA Culinary Arts Club is to supplement the Culinary Arts curriculum through participation in culinary related events.

• Our vision is to develop a love for the art of cooking which supports the community of Bryan Adams

• Our goals include:
  • Earning certifications:
    • ServSafe Foodhandler
    • ServSafe Food Manager
    • OSHA 10 Culinary
  • Supporting the BA Bistro
  • Fulfilling catering orders
  • Plan, practice, and participate in culinary competitions
  • Take field trips into the community
