Charles A. Gill Elementary is receiving $13 million in addition and renovations.  The project scope includes:

• Kitchen Expansion and renovation
• Existing gym renovated into the cafeteria
• Administration renovations
• Security Vestibule and reception area
• New interior finishes in classrooms
• New ceilings and LED lighting
• New PA and fire alarm systems
• Main entrance site improvements
• Replacement windows
• Mechanical system replacements and upgrades
• Electrical system upgrades
• Water and sewer line replacements
