    Program Overview

    Dallas ISD's Future Principals Institute is a one-year program designed to prepare high-potential, aspiring principals to become principals in the next 2 years. This program incorporates a cohort model-based structure that creates collaborative opportunities for participants to engage in critical leadership topics such as
