The Texas Bluebonnet Book Program is for students in grades 3-5 and consists of 20 books (selected by a panel of Texas elementary librarians) which include all types of children's books.

The Bluebonnet Award nominees for the 2020-2021 year have also been announced! Click on the following link for the new nominees 2021-2022 Bluebonnet Award Nominees. After students read a book from the list, they will complete a short summary in order to receive credit for the book. Students may get a summary form from the library or complete it online using the following form: 2021-2022 Bluebonnet Summary Form.
