Mr. John Falke

John Falke was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He attended the University of Texas at Austin, earning bachelor’s degrees in Business Honors and Supply Chain Management. After graduation, he began his career at DISD.

Mr. Falke served as a math teacher at Edison Middle Learning Center and Dade Middle School while earning his master’s degree in Education at Southern Methodist University. He then became the math instructional lead teacher at Comstock Middle School.

After leading the math department at Comstock Middle School, Mr. Falke attended Harvard University to study Education Policy and Analysis.

Following his time at Harvard, Mr. Falke returned to DISD to continue working with students and families. He is excited to serve as the Assistant Principal at the Judge Barefoot Sanders Law Magnet.
