The Dallas ISD Educational Technology Department strives to provide teachers, staff, and students with fast, friendly, flexible, and focused support and services. The DISD SupportHub operates through ServiceNow, a ticketing system used to track ET service requests, events, incidents, and alerts that might require additional action from ET.
ServiceNow allows users to:

The Application Training and Support team provides training for new ServiceNow portal users. Training can be scheduled through Cornerstone.
Enter ‘ServiceNow’ in the search box and choose ServiceNow Portal Training to view course details and request a seat in an upcoming session.
