    The Dallas ISD Educational Technology Department strives to provide teachers, staff, and students with fast, friendly, flexible, and focused support and services. Dallas ISD uses ServiceNow, a ticketing system used to track ET service requests, events, incidents, and alerts that might require additional action from ET.    

     ServiceNow allows users to:

      • Report issues to the Help Desk
      • Order ET services or items from the catalog
      • Search the knowledge base for helpful articles
      • Look up the status of your open tickets
      • Speak to the Help Desk via chat

    The Application Training and Support team provides training for new ServiceNow portal users. Training can be scheduled through Cornerstone.

    Enter ServiceNow in the search box and choose the 2023-2024 ServiceNow Portal User (ATS) training to view course details and request a seat in an upcoming session.
