The Dallas ISD SupportHub operates through ServiceNow, a ticketing system used to track IT service requests, events, incidents, and alerts that might require additional action from IT.
ServiceNow allows users to:
- Report issues to the IT Service Desk
- Order IT services or items from the catalog
- Search the knowledge base for helpful articles
- Look up the status of your open tickets
- Speak to the Service Desk via chat
