SERVICENOW RESOURCES
The Dallas ISD SupportHub operates through ServiceNow, a ticketing system used to track IT service requests, events, incidents, and alerts that might require additional action from IT.
ServiceNow allows users to:
- Report issues to the IT Service Desk
- Order IT services or items from the catalog
- Search the knowledge base for helpful articles
- Look up the status of your open tickets
- Speak to the Service Desk via chat

Training Information and Resources
Select the subject to view available ServiceNow training classes, enroll in upcoming trainings, and view manuals, guides, and quick reference guides (QRGs).

Registration Instructions
Register for PowerSchool, Oracle, SchoolMint and ServiceNow training through Dallas ISD Career Management System.
To register for a course,
- Go to portal.dallasisd.org.
- Sign in with your EAD username and password.
- Click Dashboard.
- Select Applications from the drop-down menu.
- Select Cornerstone OnDemand.
- Search for the course name in the Search box.
- Select a class name from the drop-down menu. (Make sure to select classes with the 'ATS' acronym behind it.)
- Click Select a Session at the top of the screen or click View Details next to the classes listed under Upcoming Sessions.
- Click Request to register.
You will receive a confirmation email to verify your registration.
Please register no later than seven days before the scheduled class so we can make the appropriate accommodations.
Check that you are within the audience and meet the prerequisite to make sure that you are qualified to enroll in a class.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you do not register, we cannot notify you of any changes to the class start time, location or if the class was cancelled due to low enrollment, or has been closed due to full enrollment.
If you cannot attend your scheduled class, please withdraw from the class on your transcript page, in the Dallas ISD Career Management System.
