The Dallas ISD SupportHub operates through ServiceNow, a ticketing system used to track IT service requests, events, incidents, and alerts that might require additional action from IT.    

     ServiceNow allows users to:

    • Report issues to the IT Service Desk
    • Order IT services or items from the catalog
    • Search the knowledge base for helpful articles
    • Look up the status of your open tickets
    • Speak to the Service Desk via chat
