Summer is an exciting time filled with fun and exploration. During the summer, the District provides students with a comprehensive set of offerings, allowing them time to connect with their peers, engage in rigorous tasks, accelerate learning, and improve their social and emotional well-being. Summer programming options for students emphasize acceleration, legislative mandates, enrichment, and college and career preparation. During June, students attend district-created summer learning programs at designated campuses. In July, district partners provide enrichment activities for students.

We know students engage and perform better academically when their holistic physical and emotional needs are met. Our summer programs address those needs, prepare students for future learning opportunities, and energize students for the upcoming school year.
