Dallas ISD Benefits Department

  • Welcome to Benefits

Our goal at HCM Benefits is to provide you the information you need in one place for better health, well-being and financial security. We are here to help you understand your benefits and answer your questions. The Benefits team within Human Capital Management collaborates with HCM departments and external vendors in order to improve the employee experience. Our goal is to provide district employees with quality benefits so that you can take care of yourself and your family.

Appointments: We encourage employees to schedule an appointment to allow us to research your case and have the needed staff member available to provide Core 4 service to you. Those without an appointment may have extended waiting times or may be asked to schedule an appointment.
