Recently Adopted DBD Regulation - September 4, 2025
On September 4, 2025, the Superintendent of Schools’ Designee approved adoption of the following:
DBD (REGULATION) EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS – CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
The newly adopted DBD (REGULATION) Employment Requirements and Restrictions – Conflict of Interest is being brought forward by the administration to align with current practice and law.

The above regulation has been sent to the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) for inclusion to the District’s Board Policy Manual. Documents generally will post within a few weeks of adoption.
