Recently Adopted FFB Regulation - December 2, 2025
On December 2, 2025, the Superintendent of Schools’ Designee approved adoption of the following:
FFB (REGULATION) STUDENT WELFARE – CRISIS INTERVENTION
An adoption of a new regulation to clarify local behavioral threat assessment process to include parent notification requirements use by police department and mental health services department.
The above regulation has been sent to the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) for inclusion in the District’s Board Policy Manual. Documents generally will post within a few weeks of adoption
