Recently Amended DIA Regulation - January 29, 2026
On January 29, 2026, the Superintendent of Schools’ Designee approved the amendment of the following regulations:
DIA (REGULATION) EMPLOYEE WELFARE – FREEDOM FROM DISCRIMINATION, HARASSMENT, AND RETALIATION
Details:
Pages 1-2: Under section District Representatives, the Title IX Coordinator and Title IX Coordinator-Designee contacts have been updated.
Page 2: Under subsection Title IX Coordinator-Designee, an “s” has been added at the end of “person.”
Page 5: Under section Adoption or Last Amendment Date, the date has been struck.
The above regulation has been sent to the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) for inclusion in the District’s Board Policy Manual. Documents generally will post within a few weeks of adoption.
