Dallas ISD Residency Program

Dallas Independent School District aims to increase the presence of male educators into the classroom. For this, we are pleased to announce the implementation of cohorts for the Dallas ISD Male Residency Program. Human Capital Management, in partnership with School Leadership, Teaching and Learning, and School Improvement, look forward to continue the Residency model designed to improve student outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

The following criteria and qualifications are needed to be considered for screening:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Grade Point Average of 2.5 or higher 
  • Highly committed with a passion to help scholars succeed

Dallas ISD will be conducting information sessions on our Male Residency Program on Wednesdays from 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm. We encourage interested candidates to sign-up for one of our information sessions on the following dates:
