Application Training & Support
The Application Training and Support (ATS) team supports the district's technology initiatives by providing instructor-led and self-paced web-based training for multiple applications, including PowerSchool, Oracle, SchoolMint, and ServiceNow.
Resources
Pages with links to training resources for each application are available in the left-hand menu. Before you can access those resources, you must sign in using your full email address. If you are not already signed into Dallas ISD portal, you will be redirected to the Portal login screen.
Support
ATS offers end-user support to both campus and central staff. To request assistance from the ATS department, please submit a ticket through ServiceNow using the link below.
