Lance Bruner enters his seventh year as the athletic coordinator and head football coach for the Molina Jaguars. Bruner has 20 years coaching experience and has an overall record of 20-37 as a head coach.

Before joining the Jaguars, Bruner was an assistant coach for the Cedar Hill Longhorns and the offensive coordinator at W.W. Samuell High School. He has worked under head coaches: Don Carthel, Mike Robinson, Reggie Barlow, Steve Pierce, and Carlos Lynn. The Jaguars have had 22 players go on to play college football during his tenure as head coach.

Bruner and wife Abby have five children, Lance Bruner Jr., Alaneigh Bruner, Stevin Valdez, Devin Valdez, and Leila Bruner.
