Joshua is a seasoned and highly dedicated athletic trainer with 18 years of experience in the field of sports medicine.
A native of East Texas and a graduate of East Texas Baptist University, Joshua has built a diverse and well-rounded career working with athletes at every level in high school, collegiate, semi-professional, and in clinical settings.
Throughout his career, Joshua has developed a strong reputation for his expertise in injury prevention, evaluation, immediate care, and the rehabilitation of athletic injuries. His extensive and diverse experience has enabled him to deliver high-quality
personalized care tailored to the unique needs of each athlete he serves. Whether working on the sidelines or in the training room, he is known for his calm, professional
demeanor and his commitment to making sound clinical decisions that prioritize athlete safety and well-being. Joshua’s approach is grounded in the core values of integrity, empathy, and excellence. He strives to build trust with the athletes, coaches, and families he works with fostering an environment where athletes can grow, recover, and
reach their full potential.
Driven by a deep passion in sports medicine, Joshua also takes pride in mentoring student athletic trainers, helping shape the next generation of professionals through hands-on guidance and leadership.
With nearly two decades of experience and a genuine passion for his work, Joshua remains dedicated to advancing athletic healthcare and making a lasting impact in the lives of the students and communities he serves in Dallas ISD.
