Karina Alanis

Qualifications: MS, LAT, ATC
Karina is a licensed and certified athletic trainer with a Master of Science in Athletic Training from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from The University of North Texas. She has developed a strong foundation in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and sports performance through diverse clinical experiences with collegiate and high school athletes, including roles in basketball, volleyball, football, track and field, and adaptive sports.
Karina currently serves as a Campus Athletic Trainer for Dallas ISD, where she provides comprehensive medical care, leads athlete health initiatives, and mentors high school athletic training students. Her background also includes immersive training with Middle Tennessee State University and experience as a physical therapy technician.
Karina is dedicated to supporting athlete success on and off the field through evidence-based care, proactive treatment planning, and compassionate leadership.
