Prior to her current role, Bianca served as the athletic trainer for Molina High School for 8 years, where she managed all aspects of sports medicine operations for the campus. She joined Dallas ISD from North Carolina State University, where she was the Head Athletic Trainer for cross country and track & field. Earlier in her career, Bianca was a graduate assistant athletic trainer at the University of North Texas, working with cross country and track & field.

Bianca earned her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Baylor University, gaining hands-on experience with various sports teams, clinics, and high schools. She also completed internships with the Michael Johnson Performance Center in McKinney and Texas Orthopedic Hospital in Houston.

Bianca also serves as the President-Elect of the North Texas Athletic Trainers’ Society (NTATS) and will begin her presidency in June 2026. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys mentoring aspiring athletic trainers, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
