Jason Daugherty
Central Athletic Trainer
Jason Daugherty is in his 20th year as an athletic trainer and his now in his fifth year with Dallas ISD and currently serves as the central staff athletic trainer at the Forester Athletic Complex. He was the head athletic trainer in Crandall ISD for 15 years.
He obtained his national certification through the National Athletic Trainers' Board of Certification and state license through the Texas Department of State Health Services. Daugherty graduated from Crandall High School before earning his bachelor's degree from SMU in 2002.
Daugherty works with the six high schools and 10 middle schools in the area surrounding Forester Stadium. The high schools are Bryan Adams, Samuell, Seagoville, Skyline, Spruce, and Woodrow Wilson. The middle schools are Ann Richards, Balch Springs, Comstock, Florence, Gaston, Hill, Lang, Long, Piedmont, and Seagoville.
Jason and his wife Megan, a speech therapist for Crandall ISD, have three sons, Jase (8), Mason (5), and Cameron (2). They enjoy spending time outdoors and going hunting and fishing. They also enjoy spending time with family and friends.
