Dallas ISD wants to celebrate your years of service with a special opportunity just for you!

💰 What Is the Retirement Service Award (RSA)?

The Retirement Service Award (RSA) program is our way of saying thank you to dedicated employees who are preparing for retirement.

Eligible employees can receive compensation for their unused local and local personal days—a meaningful reward for your hard work and commitment to our students.

By providing early notification of your retirement, you’ll help your team plan for a smooth transition while securing your well-deserved payout.

📅 Important Deadline: November 17, 2025

To qualify for the RSA program, simply:

Log into Oracle Self-Service
Enter your intent to retire by November 17, 2025

That’s it! Once you submit your intent, you’ll lock in your eligibility for the award.

Important Note:
• Only local and local personal days are eligible for payout.
• State days are not included in the RSA program.
• Only Central Staff employees are eligible for the Fall 2025 RSA Award.
• Campus Staff will be eligible for the Summer 2026 RSA after completing their contract.
