💰 What Is the Retirement Service Award (RSA)?

The Retirement Service Award (RSA) program is our way of saying thank you to dedicated employees who are preparing for retirement.

Eligible employees can receive compensation for their unused local and local personal days—a meaningful reward for your hard work and commitment to our students.

By providing early notification of your retirement, you’ll help your team plan for a smooth transition while securing your well-deserved payout.

📅 Important Deadline: May 1, 2026

To qualify for the RSA program, simply:

Log into Oracle Self-Service
Enter your intent to retire by May 1, 2026
You are required to complete your full contract to be eligible.

• Only local and local personal days are eligible for payout.
• State days are not included in the RSA program
