When is Single Sign-On (SSO) starting?

• Our new security feature becuase effectvie 

Are there Oracle Systems that will not be a part of the SSO?

• Oracle BAUI, Medicaid, RTP, PCR, Constituents MS and Discoverer

How will I login to the Oracle Systems that are not a part of SSO?

• You will login to the those systems using your EAD Username and EAD password
• Oracle Discoverer - you will login with your Oracle Username and Password (local login)

Will I still have access to use the Oracle link?

• Yes, you will only be logging in with your EAD credentials

Will there be a landing page for Single Sign-On?

• No, this will be pushed out to all Dallas ISD users

How do I create a back-up method, if I did not complete that during my initial verification process?

• Login to your Identity Management Console

How do I update my mobile number or email address for authentication?

• Login to your Identity Management Console

Will there be a new Oracle icon on the desktop?

• Yes, users can go to the Software Center to install the Oracle icon, if it is not already added on your desktop.

After logging into Oracle in Google Chrome I select an Oracle responsibility and message pops up on the bottom left-hand side, what do I do?

• Select Keep 

• Click on the image below to open into Oracle.
