The Dallas ISD Educational Technology Department (EdTech) strives to provide teachers, staff, and students with fast, friendly, flexible, and focused support and services. EdTech utilizes ServiceNow, a ticketing solution to track incidents, service requests, events, and alerts that may require Technology support.
The ServiceNow Employee Center allows users to:
- Report Technology Issues
- Order Services and Items from Catalog Topics
- Search the Knowledge Base for How-to Articles
- Manage the Status of your Open and Closed Tickets
- Request Virtual Agent (Chat) Assistances from “Anywhere”

The Application Training and Support team provides training for new ServiceNow users. Training can be scheduled through Cornerstone.
Enter ‘ServiceNow’ in the search box and choose the 2025-2026 Employee Center (ATS) training to view course details and request a seat in an upcoming session.
