Welcome to Employee Relations

Our goal at HCM Employee Relations is to provide you the information you need, in one place, for better employee engagement and experience. We are here to answer your questions. The Employee Relations team within Human Capital Management collaborates with employees and supervisors to improve and maintain employer-employee relationships. Our goal is to increase productivity and morale to positively impact student achievement. Employee Relations also counsels district employees  on effective employee standards of conduct and employment practices as outlined by District policy.

Walk-ins are welcome during normal district business hours. You can also send us an email with your inquiries at employeerelations@dallasisd.org, or call our Employee Relations main line at (972) 925 - 4026.
