RevTrak is a Web Store hosted online payment center that provides a convenient way for parents, grandparents, donors, and employees to make online payments for various fee categories including donations, field trips, goods and services at schools, and cost centers in our District.

The RevTrak Web Store makes payments easier for schools and staff. Parents don’t need help with payments because it’s so easy for them to pay online. Aside from not having to walk parents through the payment process, your staff saves countless hours through automation with RevTrak, and staff members don’t need to worry about a difficult or speedy implementation.

Q. Is there a limit of items a campus can have on RevTrak?

A. At this time there is not a limit of items that can be added to RevTrak.

Q. Can Senior Fees be added as a generic item?

A. Yes, you will need to enter the total amount of the fee.

Q. How do I get a card swipe machine?

A. You should email your Activity Fund Accountant, include your campus name, box number, and Org number requesting one.

Q. Does the card-swipe have to be set up on a computer?

A. Yes, they can be set up throughout your campus, at a location of your choosing.

Q. Do the funds on RevTrak have to be included in the monthly reconciliation?

A. At this time, they are not required to be included in the monthly reconciliation.

Q. Why am I unable to see our campus name in Revtrak when I logged on.

A. Your campus name will not appear until you submit an item to be reviewed and added.

Q. How to view my reports in RevTrak?

A. Log into the Revtrak portal

Click on Reports in the left column
Select Items by Department – Export Friendly
Select the department (org #)
Select the date range inquiring (start date – end date)
Run
After reports displays, click on Save and select Microsoft Excel File
