Commencement Order Instructions:

1. Download and complete the 2024 Commencement Order Form.
2. Enter your requisition. (attach the order form as your estimate)
3. Email your completed form and requisition number to graphicsinfo@dallasisd.org

How To Order in iProcurement : 

Please make sure you have funds in your “6294” line code.

Go to : 

1. Dallas ISD Graphics Department
2. Type the word “printing” in the search box, and press go.
3. Enter the total dollar amount in the quantity box, add to cart, view, cart, and check out.
4. Complete the process and you will receive a requisition number.
5. Please make sure your principal approves the requisition so that we will receive your order.

Dallas ISD Print shop will design your program for you as long as all other text, names, and ceremony information is submitted in PDF format.

(A proof will be provided prior to print)

Quick tips to avoid print delays: 

• Submit only PDF files
• Use universal fonts
• Use the correct board page or leave the area blank for Graphics Dept. to insert
• If you would like us to use last year's art, please let us know by emailing graphicsinfo@dallasisd.org.

DIRECTIONS, CONTACT INFO, AND PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS:

Building: Forest E. Ballew - Service Center I
Address: 2525 S. Ervay Dallas, Texas 75215
Parking: Rear gated lot behind building
Enter to Graphics: Enter the loading dock and proceed through double doors closest to the loading dock office. Follow signs for commencement pick-up. Sign the packing slip and leave Graphics' copy.

Call to schedule or coordinate pick-up for diplomas and commencement programs. 

Pickup is available during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 7am-4pm).  Available pick-up times may be extended on a case-by-case basis.  

You will receive a phone call and/or an e-mail from The Graphics Department as soon as your order is completed and ready for pick-up.
