Once you receive notification that your background check has been approved, you can begin contacting the schools you selected in the VOLY application. Use the email provided on the spreadsheet to reach out to the teacher observation coordinator.

• Send an email to the campus contact person
• Let them know you have been approved in VOLY
• Share what type of observations you seek
• Ask for a time to begin your observations
• Request a call back or follow up with a call to the campus if you do not hear back in 24 hours.
