Leadership Development Cohort

The Central Staff Leadership Development Program began in the 2016-2017 school year. Diane McNulty, PhD, UT Dallas Naveen Jindal School of Management’s Associate Dean of External Relations, Communications and Corporate Development, initiated a partnership with Dallas ISD to develop customized leadership development for central staff as a service to the community. Since 2016, over 400 central staff team members have completed at least one program cohort. 

Current cohorts:

• Foundations of Leadership for People Leaders - team members who were hired or promoted within the past year to a supervisor or Manager role.
